My Thoughts By His Holy Spirit About This Verse! AWE GOD!
I pray this scripture for all of us today. Strengthen the Body of Christ, strengthen Your Bride Jesus by Your wisdom and understanding by Your Holy Spirit. Jesus may we live out today, a life worthy of YOU, being people who please You from moment to choice. Strengthen us Jesus that we might have great endurance and patience with the foolishness of our culture and the folly of those who speak out of deceit.
Sometimes even now I get so tired of people and the foolish things they say, but I have no idea what true persecution would be like, I pray Lord Jesus for endurance to not swerve from my course, which is YOU. Holy Spirit guide me, teach me and train me, I do want to be one who in the last days of lawlessness, disorder and chaos calls upon the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.
People who have turned their ears from Jesus will spout foolishness and my choice, my response can't be in defense of God. God does not need me to defend Him, His Word stands on its own. When I take up a defensive stand, I have no peace. Followship is the way to peace.

Folly-Endurance You Version Note
People engrained in counter cultural foolishness say the most aggravating things. We need the patience and endurance of God in this world! Or should I leave you out of it and say I NEED the patience and endurance of Jesus Christ. Sometimes I get so tired of people and the foolish things that they say, but I truly have no idea what true persecution would be like. I pray Lord Jesus for Your endurance to keep me, to help me not swerve from my course, which is YOU, Your Holy Spirit and Your Truth. Holy Spirit guide me! Holy Spirit teach and train me in patient endurance, in knowing that this is all on YOU, You have got this. Jesus strengthen the Body of Christ in Your wisdom and understanding. I pray we will live out today, a life worthy of YOU, being your Bride who seeks to please You, out of love for You from moment to choice. Hear the voice of God and live! I love the Sovereign authority, promise and hope in this verse. It settles any chaos in my spirit and with Sovereign Authority ushers in God's perfect peace. No Doubt About It! God's voice always brings inner peace to my soul. When my spirit is disabled by anxiety and my peace muddied by the cultural conflict around me all day, God's Word always restores to my soul a purified and renewed inner peace. Oh I have learned that lesson. A true peace stealer! Walking by the light of a fire kindled by my own hand. It burns out quickly.
Self-made men have temporary peace, that flares out quickly, going out with anger and frustration
Independence breeds arrogance, Dependence yields inner peace, stability and grows a humility that is life saving.
A Holy Alliance with God, heart to heart is the strength that feeds my weakness with God's power.
There is no inner peace in an unholy alliance with human strength. We were created to need our God
Fickle wisdom fizzles out in frustration. There is no stability in the wisdom of this culture.
Culturalism fabricates a short lived will-power that can't stand through the tests of time and does not hold its peace.
The human condition is held in peace only through a holy alliance with God. No inner peace? What are you aligned with?
John 5:24-25
I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the person whose ears are open to My words [who listens to My message] and believes and trusts in and clings to and relies on Him Who sent Me has (possesses now) eternal life. My Thoughts About This Verse:
- Hear the voice of God and live! Not only live, but live with the inner peace God lavishes upon those who are His.

- When my spirit is feeling disabled-my peace shattered, I can hear the Voice of God and be restored!
- God's Word brings eternal life to those who are dead, peace to those who have none. Wake Up! Receive Christ! The Word Of God!
- There is so much promise in this verse when You hear God say: the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and live. What peace it brings. It settles things. AWE-GOD!
- The Sovereign authority and promise of God's word is a great establisher of inner peace. AWE-GOD!

My Thoughts About This Verse:
I think the key to our inner peace is the very words that this verse starts out with: In The Presence of God and of Jesus Christ. We can't do this life without God's Presence and without Jesus in our heart, there is no real peace.
People who have turned their ears from Jesus will spout foolishness and my choice, my response can't be in defense of God. God does not need me to defend Him, His Word stands on its own. When I take up a defensive stand, I have no peace. Followship is the way to peace.
How do we "keep our head" in the midst of hardship? We seek the mind of Jesus Christ, for in His thoughts, there is great peace.
Taking our focus off of this season of our lives and putting it on the hope of our future in Christ Jesus gives us such inner peace.
If I want to fight the good fight of faith, I need to grasp tightly to my future and hope in Christ's Kingdom. This is my peace- my strength to persevere!

I should attempt to understand the real problem from other's perspective and what solving that problem would even look like. At that point, I can determine whether I can truly solve the problem to their satisfaction. Sometimes I'll be able to and sometimes not, but everyone should at least know what's considered resolution to the problem. That keeps me from spending time and resources attempting to fix a problem I can never solve. As leaders we need to learn how to move from fixing the problem to solving the problem from our perspective.

What an amazing promise that is! God will never walk away from us. Never. He will work all things out towards His perfect justice for us. In the midst of outer chaos, God will provide a circle of inner quiet for us by His Spirit in us.

Travel Temptations
"My husband is not at home; he has gone on a long journey. He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon." Proverbs 7:19-20
How do you deal with temptations when you travel? Conversely, what is your behavior when you are the spouse left back at home? Is your house a palace of peace, or a prison of confinement? Not only must the weary traveler be wary of wrong behavior, but so must the one left 'holding down the fort' at home. Perhaps as a couple you craft together guidelines defining what you will, and will not do while separated by travel. Distance can grow the heart fonder and more faithful, or it can fire the flames of lust and infidelity. If you travel for your work, you most likely are motivated to meet the needs of your family. However, every assignment is for a season. So, maybe it's time to get off the road and reconnect with your child who is approaching their teenage years, or be there more often for your spouse because she is starved for extra emotional support. Always be willing to adjust to the situation.
Moreover, do not drift into travel temptations that become divisive and deteriorate your marriage. One boundary may be to avoid bars and be back at your room soon after work and dinner. A righteous routine on the road gets the right results. Make it a priority when at all possible to travel with another person of similar values.
Always be bold by becoming an influencer of integrity: good, clean fun without flirting with sin. On the other hand, your role in the marriage may be to daily support the children and manage the home. Take pride and not pity during this season of unselfish service. By God's grace you are molding their minds to the things of Christ, and how they can influence the culture with His Kingdom priorities.
You are as valuable as the one out working to provide for the family, since you are working to preserve the family. Stay occupied in prayer, bible study, their school and being available for those who need you. Marriage is a team effort that sees outstanding outcomes when you are both on the same page of love and obedience to Christ. Travel temptations are terminated on both ends through trust in the Lord, and trust in each other.
The Bible says, "He trusts in the LORD; let the LORD rescue him. Let him deliver him, since he delights in him" (Psalm 22:8).
