Father God touch Penny today, strengthen her physically. Lord Jesus I pray that You would heal her liver, cause it to grow in strength and work with vitality! So Be It! Jesus!

Father touch Chip, strengthen him physically as he goes through Chemo. I pray that the cancer would be shrunk. Lord Jesus, help Chip, give him Your Courage, Your Peace and Your Favor! Heal his body Lord, draw Chip to You.

Father touch my twitter friend Barbara. Heal her body, strengthen it by Your Mighty Right Hand. Jesus give her courage as she goes through Chemo and be her constant companion, the common denominator to all this medical treatment. Jesus. Take care of her by Your Spirit. AMEN!



Thank you Jesus that I am married to such a selfless man. Thank you for bringing us together so many years ago and keeping us. Thank you for the selfless giving of Bob and for the commitment of love he shows to his daughter and son in law by giving up his vacation to work on their home. Jesus I thank you that I am so blessed to be married to such a man! AMEN!

Praying 4 U Today, God spoke to my heart this morning that He is using this season of your life to create in Your soul an oak of righteousness. I suggest you find out what an "oak" is. The characteristics of an oak tree, what it takes to grow one and then study on righteousness and put the two of them together. I believe the Holy Spirit will show you because this season of time, the anxiety and the changes in your life all have a purpose to Him, a good purpose to create in Your soul the kind of emotions that are visible as an Oak of Righteousness and characteristic of such.

Do a word search at www.biblegateway.com for the word "oak"! Don't look at the content of the verse, but just at the word oak to see what they were used for. God is going to make you an "oak" and it is through this "season" of your life that He will shape you into an oak. Pursue this concept of becoming an "oak" because in it is the purpose of your suffering, "growing through" anxiety.

One verse I saw which was particularly interesting was this one:

Ezekiel 27:6

Of oaks from Bashan they made your oars;

I could almost hear God say that He is making you into an Oak Tree so that you can one day be made into the oars that help people row out of the soul-bog that comes from being molested as a child.

Remember this:

But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. Corinthians 4:7-9

You Are Becoming An Oak Tree, So You Can Be God's Oar!

2 Cor 4:7-9

If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That's to prevent anyone from confusing God's incomparable power with us. As it is, there's not much chance of that. You know for yourselves that we're not much to look at. We've been surrounded and battered by troubles, but we're not demoralized; we're not sure what to do, but we know that God knows what to do; we've been spiritually terrorized, but God hasn't left our side; we've been thrown down, but we haven't broken. What they did to Jesus, they do to us—trial and torture, mockery and murder; what Jesus did among them, he does in us—he lives! Our lives are at constant risk for Jesus' sake, which makes Jesus' life all the more evident in us. While we're going through the worst, you're getting in on the best!

When I was having the anxiety attacks regularly, I despised them. Then I learned a valuable lesson from God about how my weakness is used much more than my strength and how in my weakness, He was strong. I no longer despise my "emotional weakness", I use it to give glory and honor to God and through it, He speaks volumes of Himself and the power that He has to create in my weakness, something so beautiful, something so Him! So your first step is to not despise your weakness, but embrace it because you believe the truth that God makes beauty from ashes, strength from weakness and purpose from pain.

Although he was crucified in weakness, he now lives by the power of God. We, too, are weak, just as Christ was, but when we deal with you we will be alive with him and will have God's power.

Make My Life A Constant Conversation With You!

I, Kimberly Ann McCarthy am destined to live in the glory of Your strength and not worry or fear anything, because all things belong to You. I will turn to You in prayer in all the circumstances and situations of my day.

1 John 4:17-18

There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love [a]turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear [b]brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete perfection].

Life happens and sometimes it comes in like a sweet lamb and sometimes it crashes in like a violent lion. In both of these situational life happenings, our foundation remains the same. We are standing on a rock solid foundation. One thing I know I have learned over the many God-Adventures I have had is that God is the Way-Maker for our family. He is trustworthy and He will make a way in all situations, even if there seems to be no way. When things go topsy-turvey all at once and our emotions spill out all over the place, we tend to follow the flow of our emotions, which usually will lead us downhill! I say let's pray to be families Who are peculiar, different in our responses to life! I hope huge that we will be a family who because of WHOSE we belong to, will always choose to step out on Solid Ground in Christ Jesus and not be afraid of the new adventure He has us on because of what we know about WHO He is! He is our Way-Maker! He is working in the unseen for our good, clearing the clutter and making a good way for us; laying a path of perfect love. I hope huge that we as His families, make the right choices, and choice by choice step out on the path of perfect love prepared for us. I know when we do this, when we choose to believe in the Rock Solid Foundation of our Father God and step out on the path of His perfect love, all anxiety will be cast off into the gutter and we will walk in God's strength and peace down our life-paths and experience our new adventure with Him, hand in hand! I know it is not the easy way to take because sometimes God's Sovereign Will takes us down some pretty scary places, that we feel we don't have the strength to endure. BUT God! He never takes us where His Infinite Love has not already gone! He never takes us where His Infinite Love can't keep us! He never takes us where His strength can't endure. His Infinite Love is always following right behind His Sovereign Will and we are never far from the power and might of His love. Family! Know this: God's Love Is So Perfect That It Can Cast Out Every Fear, Every Doubt, Every Dread And Replace It With A Truth, A Promise So Strong That Nothing Can Stop The Power Of It. I hope huge that we pray God's Perfect Love right into the center of each person's heart in our family. Because every day in every way God's Perfect love will cast out all fear and anxiety will never be a yoke that fits our family. We will be free to live life in a great adventure with our God, choice by choice and in constant conversation with Him! Jesus!

God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we're free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ's. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love.

awwww it is so sad to see a "wishy-washy" USA when we have always come out so strong against injustice. When you weaken the foundation of a great nation such as this by taking God out of the center of it, even your speech begins to reflect the white-washed disobedience. We have to persevere, keep praying and keep talking up truth and do, do whatever God speaks into Your heart. Christianity is strong, courageous and contagious! So Be It Lord God! Be strong in us! Be our courage! Be Contagious from heart to heart!

Things seem to do just that! Flood in! That is why I love this promise about how God takes the things that our enemy floods into our lives and raises His standard against them. That gives me chills! I can see it in my spirit! I also gives me huge hope when I feel flooded by adversity, I know as I cling tighter to God, and dig my roots deeper in His Kingdom, believing Him wholeheartedly, that He will put the enemy of my life to flight! Cool! He is working in the unseen for my good, lifting His standard against my enemy! AWE-REDEEMER!

Lord touch Barbara this morning. I pray for her body to be renewed and healed, her heart filled with courage, her soul saturated with hope. So be it Jesus!
I pray for this meeting tonight. Lord may your Presence be 1^st, your timing be right on and Your wisdom be perfected in us.
Father touch Teresa today, help her to let go and let You completely lead her. Help her to face You today and see the answer to her question. Jesus.
Father touch Ashley today, give her courage in this day and help her body to settle down as she adjusts to carrying a new life. Give her joy through the hard times of the beginning of her pregnancy.
Father touch Jess this morning, give her courage to cut the ties, all of the ties to Ray and to believe and hope in You. Help her to lay down "the fixer" and become the truster in a all You can do in her situation with her boys. Jesus I pray for miraculous intervention. Be the huge hope in Jess's life. Be the way maker in this situation, work in the unseen for the good of this blended family. So be it.
Father be with Trinity of Fairview youth group, protect and keep them as they travel today.
Jesus touch my children this day: Brad, Bonnie, Chris, Summer, Kenneth, Tina and my grandchildren Ry and Ky and be present in their day. Be their Way-Maker this day. Be their favor and strength. Be their hope and glory. Be their provider of all that they need in their everything this day. AMEN. PS Ditto for Bob and I! Jesus! So be it! AMEN!
Father touch Neil today, draw Him to You. I pray that You saturate his path with signs that point only to You. Draw Him to Your Salvation, to Your Hope! So Be It! AMEN!
Touch the Roselli Twins and help them through this time as their father has left on deployment. Be the difference for these boys, Lord Jesus. Fill them with You, where this whole is in their family life.
Father God, touch Penny today by Your Spirit. Encourage her to press forward, help her endure and be the healer of her body. Thank you Jesus for all you have done for her.
Father Touch Mike today, heal his liver, strengthen his body. Jesus.
Father touch Deb Sherlin today, give her Your favor and open the door for the future You have for her.
Father I pray for Juan and Nellie be their Way Maker. Make a way for them where there seems to be no way.
Father touch Surrender40 provide for them that they might give to others Your Provision and Hope. Jesus!
Father God give Teresa the perfect love that casts out all fear. Help her to step out on the Rock Solid Foundation of Your Presence and choice by choice, stay in a constant conversation with You today. I am working on putting God first in my all and everything. Sometimes my priority has truly been my schedule. What I wanted to do. I was not very open to God Interruptions, they frustrated me. I had a schedule, I wanted it to happen that way. BUT GOD.. :) He is teaching me to "go with His flow"! It has been an interesting lesson and I am seeing as I make God my first priority, He is taking me on some pretty cool adventures with Him. Kind of like the question in Isaiah that He asks me daily: Will you not know? I am doing a new thing! Will you not know? I guess the choice I need to prioritize in my life is that I will know, I will follow God's lead and not my own. Thanks for your blog! Enjoy your day!

THOUGHT:

Jeremiah was telling God's people that 70 years after the

devastation, God would deliver and restore them. Despite the fact

that they had repeatedly abandoned God, he would not abandon them

or his promises to them. He would be faithful. In fact, God was

planning and preparing a bright future for them. This promise also

reminds us that no matter how deep our own personal gloom may seem,

God does have plans for us. He will keep his promises to us. He

will deliver and bless us. We can have a vibrant hope and a bright

future because of his faithfulness and our trust in his Son, Jesus,

who delivers us from every foe.

PRAYER:

Give me faith, O Lord, during the times I'm weary, discouraged,

and beaten down. Inspire me to trust in your great promises. Please

give me courage, O Lord, when my faith wavers. Help me obey your

word no matter how challenging it may seem or how discouraged I

feel. Thank you for giving me a bright future in Jesus. Please help

Yes Father God! Forgive us! This generation has a slew of parentless children! Cause us to turn back to You, to the responsibility You have given us as parents! My heart is saddened by a little 2^nd grader, the image of his tear stained face and his broken hearted expression stays with me as I pray this morning. I hope huge today for parents, that we take up the responsibility for the children that God has given us. We are to be His hands, His feet, His love, His wisdom, His guidance to these children. Yesterday was awards day at my granddaughter's elementary school. After the ceremony, we went to the classroom to pick her up and there I saw this little boy sitting at his desk with his awards in front of him, tears freshly painted his cheeks and his eyes told a sad story. My granddaughter asked him what was the matter and he said: "my parents did not come"! His self image was broken, because he felt devalued. This is not what God intended for this little child. Parents, God is calling out to us to parent the children He has given us; to put them first and to be Christ to them. Do you place too much value on rising to the top of your abilities, instead of value in the real people in your life? Once you climb to the top, it is truly lonely there! Have you forgotten that you can do nothing good, nothing lasting without God?! God has called you to value your child first and in this He will help you make a lasting, eternal difference. Could you not spare just one hour? L

1 Corinthians 6:19-Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? Jesus became a slave to the Will of God. He was not just serving it. He was a slave to it. He gave up all. His will, His plan, His way and became a slave to the will of God, being at The Father God's disposal in all His time, all His giftedness, all His rights, all His possessions, the all and everything of His life was controlled by God. He was a willess slave. We want to be servants, all of us do because it is the natural thing to do after we receive Christ. We fall in love with Jesus and our passion takes an adventurous ride on the waves of the purposes of God as they swell from His heart. It is easy to be a servant of God, the challenge is to become His slave. To give up your will, your rights, your identity, your plans, your ways, your possessions, your liberty and to own nothing and wear no title except that of Slave Of God! Because in this, as I see the Life of Jesus written in testimony and power for me to learn and grow by, I see a Slave, Who meekly laid down all His Kingdom Authority-Power and died a humiliating death that I might live.
