• Father touch Debbie and her daughter as they make a way towards Your Will in their move to Florida. Be the Light of their pathway, the footprints that they follow and make a way for them of safety, provision, protection and peace. Jesus!
• Father be with Penny, strengthen her liver this day, heal her body completely and bring peace and joy to her soul. Jesus. Make a way for her out of this wilderness unto perfect healing. Jesus!
• Jesus, be with John Nossal and continue to heal his back, touch his wife Janet, strengthen her and draw her completely to You with an undivided heart unto a completely Yours.
• Father be with Donna Middleton today, encourage her to Wait on You, teach her how patience can be so powerful in her life. Go before her and make a way for her where there seems to be no way.
• Jesus, make a way for Bob and I in our financial dilemma, by Your wisdom, by Your Spirit, by Your Great Favor. So Be it! Show us what to do. Set our feet on the right path.
• Jesus take care of my friend Linda, whose power went out and it is 95 degrees in her house right now and 116 outside. Be with her, guide her to where she can get cool and take care of her cats Lord by Your Spirit of Protection. Be her keeper today! AMEN!
• Father touch Barbara as she finishes her Chemo, be her extreme physical strength, quicken her Body with Your Spirit and Strength. So Be It. AMEN
• Father be with Kenneth and Tina and strengthen them, help them to restore their physical strength after moving and give them rest in their soul. Make a way for Kenneth at his new job, give him Favor. Help Tina to get into college for her masters, make a way for her Lord. AMEN

Waiting On God's Perfect Timing

Waiting is one of the most difficult things to do, whether we're waiting for a bus, a phone call or an answered prayer.  We become impatient and wonder why everyone else is holding us up and keeping us from getting what we want.  It seems like the more we want something, the harder it is to wait – and we even get impatient with God!

But we have to remember that God's timing is different than our own.  He sees things from a different perspective and sees the whole picture, not just what we want, but what is best for us in the grand plan for our lives.  All is part of a divine order and will be done in its own right and proper time.  Of course, when we are hoping, praying and waiting for something, it's easy to forget this.  After all, waiting is "remaining inactive in one place while expecting something."  And being inactive means feeling powerless and at the mercy of the world – nobody likes that feeling.  But we must keep in mind God's greater plan and his perfect timing:

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose."

- Romans 8:28

What are YOU Waiting For?

What are you waiting for in your life?  A new job, financial security, healing, a baby, a restored marriage?  It seems that no matter where we are in our lives, we are waiting for something in the future.  Our lives are never stagnant; if we are moving forward, there is always something to expect or wait for around the next bend in the road of our lives.

There are many stories of "waiting" in the Bible.  In some stories, the waiting seemed to last forever, while others only waited a few intense moments.  The key to waiting is not the length of time but how we handle the wait.  The Bible teaches us that we should "wait on the Lord."  We must look with confidence and expectation toward the future, trusting that God will fulfill our waiting in good and proper time.

There are three actions that will help you wait on the Lord patiently and with faith, knowing and believing that He will help:

1.  Trust – If we doubt God's willingness to hear and answer our prayer, we may begin to feel bitter when we think God has heard our prayer but is silent.  Scripture teaches us that God is unchangeable, which means He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and we can always rely on Him to provide the best possible path for our lives!  God said that He will never leave us or forsake us.  If He seems silent now, it is because He has another plan, different timing or a way to answer our prayer that has not been revealed to us yet.  We must trust in His plan.

2.  Resist – We must resist the temptation to take matters into our own hands.  Patience is powerful.  Having patience is essential in many circumstances and the Holy Spirit is here to fill us with this patience when we feel we cannot wait another minute on God.  The safest place we can rest is in God's Will.  When we rest here, resisting temptation is easy.

3.  Pray – How many times have you given a prayer request to God and felt He was deaf?  During these times, you need to keep on praying, but pray the right way. God always answers our prayers, but it may not be the way we want Him or expect Him to.  It may be a yes, a no or something better.  When we don't immediately get the answer we want, we have a tendency to repeat the same prayer over and over until we either lose our voice or simply give up.  After we have given our need to the Lord, we must turn our request into a "Thank you," and an attitude of expectancy, and say, "Not my will, but Yours, Lord."  When we thank the Lord in advance for answering our prayers, it is an active display of our faith that demonstrates to God our confident expectation that His awesome power will provide for us.

This Prayer can help you as you wait on God's perfect timing:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I have been waiting for ________________ for so long now, and I come before You today to ask your help.  I pray that You will increase my faith and patience so that I will put my whole trust in your perfect timing and plan for my life.  I will put my complete trust in You with confidence and eager expectation of Your answer, whatever that answer may be and whenever that answer may come.

Thank you that you are always with me.

Thank you that You hear my prayers and will answer in Your time and in Your way.  You, Lord, are without limits.

Thank You for Your unfailing word and that You always keep Your promises to me.

I believe with my heart, mind and soul Your plan for my life is the best one possible and I thank You for Your answer.

Being in Your will is the safest place I can ever reside.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

The Holy Spirit led me here because I really needed this wisdom and truth today . I got a very unexpected disappointment. I had a plan and things were going exactly the way I planned and then suddenly, it unexpectedly fell through. I realized this morning that I can rely upon God, even if the suddenly and the unexpected bring great chaos in my life path. He has not changed. I thank you for that truth, it undergirds me even now. I love the statement you said: Patience is powerful. I am praying for the power of God's patience to keep me as He works out His perfect will for my best. Sometimes in the past, I have been so impulsive after these "suddenly" things have hit my life. "Patience is powerful" is the perfect mind-bite for me to chomp during these times when I am tempted to be impulsive. I am so grateful for that small, yet very significant piece of wisdom that lights my path today with wisdom that constrains my flesh! LOL! I also love what you said about "flip-flopping our request into thankfulness. That is really cool! I can see now how that is truly a confidence builder and an AWE-GOD developer, which really ties into something God has asked me to do this year and that is to develop my AWE of Him. 1 Corinthians 3:9-15

For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building.10 Because of God's grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful.11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ. 12 Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. 13 But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person's work has any value.

14 If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward. 15 But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames.

I must confess that many of my works would not stand the Test. The 'Test' Paul is speaking about is the Judgment Seat of Christ where all the works of the believers will be tested. The more I grow in my relationship with Jesus Christ, my motives, my words, my attitude and my spirit are scrutinized and exposed. As I deal with confrontation, I have to ask myself some questions to prepare for the Test. I encourage you to ask yourself the same questions:

1. Are my motives pure? Whether it be preparing a sermon, making a visit to a shut-in, or any other work of the ministry. Am I led by the Spirit or the flesh? Am I doing this to please men or God?

2. How am I choosing my words when I minister or just speaking in casual conversation? The cost of poorly chosen words can take a long time and a lot of prayer to recover what is lost in one statement. Poorly chosen words can cost friendships and harm our credibility as witnesses for Jesus Christ.

3. My attitude is a direct and outward evidence of whether I am submitted to my flesh or the Holy Spirit.

4. That 'new creation' who was born of incorruptible seed that day I received Jesus Christ as LORD, will always, always, always, point people to Jesus Christ. The Spirit will always build on the FOUNDATION that is TRUE and WORTHY. Am I yielded to the right SPIRIT? The great deceiver can lay many traps that look very religious that bring no glory to God. Let us scrutinize and discern the true path that leads people to Jesus Christ.

It comes down to this, my friends. Simply put, "It's all about Jesus Christ". He and He alone will be the final judge of your and my works. No other person, church leader, denominational president, committee, or authority will be sitting beside Him on that day.

One question really popped out at me today: Am I yielded to the right spirit and it is so convicting when I think that my attitudes were crappy yesterday because something I planned fell through and my car did not start and I yielded to the thief who stole my joy! hmmmmmm thanks for the truth this morning, it corrects my internal compass and makes my way straight today! Being "faithful" is living like you believe in that definition of faith. It's easy to be faithful when everything is going well. Its a lot tougher to be faithful when you live with difficult times. Ouch! I needed that today! It is so true! My plans hit rock bottom right when I thought everything was going good and then I go out to start my car and it is dead. I was thinking about anxiety and how sometimes it really attacks me with paralyzed fear. I realized this is a way out of my anxiety attacks. How:

1^st Expand my lungs with praise.

2^nd Breathe in His Presence, exhale my fear

3^rd Reach out of the anxiety towards God and He will meet me

4^th Activate The Promises, Spread Them In My Mind And He Will Free Me With Them. Exchange the lies for the promise

5^th Call out to God, Speak The Name Of Jesus. There Is Freedom In The Name Of Jesus.

6^th Begin praying and asking God for help to get free of the anxiety because in this, God encircles me with warring angels to protect my vulnerable state.

7^th Don't close up my stance open up my body to God, open up my soul, my heart and mind completely to God.

8^th Wait on Him, knowing that because I turned to outward to Him and not inward to the fear, that His Blessing is soon to come.

9^th Wait in worship and expect freedom! Begin worshipping Him, speaking worship from my lips to His heart. Praise Him. There is freedom and power in praise and I must tap into it.

Praying 4 U Today, God spoke to my heart this morning that He is using this season of your life to create in Your soul an oak of righteousness. I suggest you find out what an "oak" is. The characteristics of an oak tree, what it takes to grow one and then study on righteousness and put the two of them together. I believe the Holy Spirit will show you because this season of time, the anxiety and the changes in your life all have a purpose to Him, a good purpose to create in Your soul the kind of emotions that are visible as an Oak of Righteousness and characteristic of such.

Do a word search at www.biblegateway.com for the word "oak"! Don't look at the content of the verse, but just at the word oak to see what they were used for. God is going to make you an "oak" and it is through this "season" of your life that He will shape you into an oak. Pursue this concept of becoming an "oak" because in it is the purpose of your suffering, "growing through" anxiety.

One verse I saw which was particularly interesting was this one:

When I was having the anxiety attacks regularly, I despised them. Then I learned a valuable lesson from God about how my weakness is used much more than my strength and how in my weakness, He was strong. I no longer despise my "emotional weakness", I use it to give glory and honor to God and through it, He speaks volumes of Himself and the power that He has to create in my weakness, something so beautiful, something so Him! Life happens and sometimes it comes in like a sweet lamb and sometimes it crashes in like a violent lion. In both of these situational life happenings, our foundation remains the same. We are standing on a rock solid foundation. One thing I know I have learned over the many God-Adventures I have had is that God is the Way-Maker for our family. He is trustworthy and He will make a way in all situations, even if there seems to be no way. When things go topsy-turvey all at once and our emotions spill out all over the place, we tend to follow the flow of our emotions, which usually will lead us downhill! I say let's pray to be families Who are peculiar, different in our responses to life! I hope huge that we will be a family who because of WHOSE we belong to, will always choose to step out on Solid Ground in Christ Jesus and not be afraid of the new adventure He has us on because of what we know about WHO He is! He is our Way-Maker! He is working in the unseen for our good, clearing the clutter and making a good way for us; laying a path of perfect love. I hope huge that we as His families, make the right choices, and choice by choice step out on the path of perfect love prepared for us. I know when we do this, when we choose to believe in the Rock Solid Foundation of our Father God and step out on the path of His perfect love, all anxiety will be cast off into the gutter and we will walk in God's strength and peace down our life-paths and experience our new adventure with Him, hand in hand! I know it is not the easy way to take because sometimes God's Sovereign Will takes us down some pretty scary places, that we feel we don't have the strength to endure. BUT God! He never takes us where His Infinite Love has not already gone! He never takes us where His Infinite Love can't keep us! He never takes us where His strength can't endure. His Infinite Love is always following right behind His Sovereign Will and we are never far from the power and might of His love. Family! Know this: God's Love Is So Perfect That It Can Cast Out Every Fear, Every Doubt, Every Dread And Replace It With A Truth, A Promise So Strong That Nothing Can Stop The Power Of It. I hope huge that we pray God's Perfect Love right into the center of each person's heart in our family. Because every day in every way God's Perfect love will cast out all fear and anxiety will never be a yoke that fits our family. We will be free to live life in a great adventure with our God, choice by choice and in constant conversation with Him! Jesus!

God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we're free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ's. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love.

When you weaken the foundation of a great nation such as this by taking God out of the center of it, even your speech begins to reflect the white-washed disobedience. Things seem to do just that! Flood in! That is why I love this promise about how God takes the things that our enemy floods into our lives and raises His standard against them. That gives me chills! I can see it in my spirit! I also gives me huge hope when I feel flooded by adversity, I know as I cling tighter to God, and dig my roots deeper in His Kingdom, believing Him wholeheartedly, that He will put the enemy of my life to flight! Cool! He is working in the unseen for my good, lifting His standard against my enemy! AWE-REDEEMER!
