1 Corinthians 2:8-9

None of the rulers of this age or world perceived and recognized and understood this, for if they had, they would never have crucified the Lord of glory.9 But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed]. Amplified Bible

Developing My AWE-GOD With An Attitude Of Gratitude!

2012 AWE-GOD Gratefulness! Today I want to express my gratefulness to

God - 2012 Gratefulness! My best is not enough! I am constantly failing, never finishing what I start. Yet Jesus Is! He is always at work in me, finishing up what He started in me and that is why I have hope. I may be leaning towards failure now, but because of Jesus Christ and His Diligent Pursuit of me, I have a Sovereign Sway. I will succeed. I am so thankful for my Tenacious God, Who finishes what He starts! AWE-GOD!

Kind words can be short and easy to speak but their echoes are truly endless. -- Mother Theresa

A Seasoned Servant Of God Has Encouraged Me Today

Ron Edmonson

To succeed as a leader you need to succeed at character, commitment and competence.

Character – Character is who you are when no one is looking. It's your level of honesty and integrity, and the way you deal with pride and humility. Character admits personal failure, isn't fake, and has genuine concern for others. Character determines who will trust you enough to follow you.

Commitment – Commitment is what keeps you going when everyone else is quitting. That's what leaders do. Leaders spur momentum in times of trepidation. Leaders take people where there know they need to go but are afraid to do so or don't know how. All leaders will sometimes slip and fall, but a committed leader gets back up, searches for the light at the end of the tunnel, and moves forward again. People follow leadership with commitment.

Competence – Competence is the wisdom to know when to say what needs to be said and when to do what needs to be done. A competent leader is always learning, whether through books, conferences, or other people. It's being willing to learn even from those one is supposed to be leading. It's not knowing all the answers, but knowing the importance of bringing the right people to the table of decision. Competence is gained by experience, over time, where the leader can exude confidence others are willing to follow.

Recently I tweeted the subject of this post: To succeed as a leader you need to succeed at character, commitment and competence.

I instantly had a great reply from one of my Twitter friends:

@RonEdmondson David failed in character, Peter failed in commitment and Moses failed in competence. God shows Himself strong in our weakness.

My answer: Great point. But all of them succeeded in their area of weakness too…in the end. David recognized his failure, Peter renewed his faith, and Moses delivered on his calling. With God all things are possible.

To succeed as a leader you need to succeed at character, commitment and competence.

Can you add a "C" to my list? What makes a great leader?

Conscious! A Conscious Committed To Christ In Complete Christ Character And Christ Competence! Conscious Controlled by Christ! Conscious Consecrated To Christ!

In Our Conscious Lord God Reign And Awaken Us To YOUR Kingdom Consciousness In 2012 Lord God.

Psalm 18:19-21

The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness (my conscious integrity and sincerity with Him); according to the cleanness of my hands has He recompensed me. (Amplified)

2 Corinthians 5:11 Therefore, being conscious of fearing the Lord with respect and reverence, we seek to win people over [to persuade them]. But what sort of persons we are is plainly recognized and thoroughly understood by God, and I hope that it is plainly recognized and thoroughly understood also by your consciences (your inborn discernment). (Amplified)

1 Peter 1: 18-21

Your life is a journey you must travel with a deep consciousness of God. It cost God plenty to get you out of that dead-end, empty-headed life you grew up in. He paid with Christ's sacred blood, you know. He died like an unblemished, sacrificial lamb. And this was no afterthought. Even though it has only lately—at the end of the ages—become public knowledge, God always knew he was going to do this for you. It's because of this sacrificed Messiah, whom God then raised from the dead and glorified, that you trust God, that you know you have a future in God. (MSG)

1 Peter 2:18-20

Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. 19 For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God. 20 But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. (NIV)

1 Corinthians 1:6-8

In this way [our] witnessing concerning Christ (the Messiah) was so confirmed and established and made sure in you 7 That you are not [consciously] falling behind or lacking in any special spiritual endowment or Christian grace [[a]the reception of which is due to the power of divine grace operating in your souls by the Holy Spirit], while you wait and watch [constantly living in hope] for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and [His] being made visible to all. 8 And He will establish you to the end [keep you steadfast, give you strength, and guarantee your vindication; He will be your warrant against all accusation or indictment so that you will be] guiltless and irreproachable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J

PS…. You are so right about us succeeding in our weaknesses because of Christ in us and that is our hope, our daily hope and expectation is in HIM. Just focusing on our weaknesses is a dead end road for us and keeps us road blocked by our enemies intentions to kill, destroy and steal our possibility in Christ. I would rather hope in my AWE-GOD Who can transform my weakness by His Strength as I step into the flow of His Kingdom purposes for me each day! What will I focus on today? My "human condition" or my supernatural position in Christ?

Worthy News Brief @worthyemail.com

Kimberly, how are your clothes fitting?

Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Just over four years ago, our second, Obadiah was born and he's grown so much! It's amazing to me how fast these kids grow. He has long since outgrown his newborn clothes and is now fitting into kids clothes, sheesh! Weighing in originally at just over 8.1 lbs, he's already pushing 40! He likes to eat -- the kid can't get enough!

In this way, as we seek to serve the Lord, we need to love to eat His word. We need to be in a place where we can't get enough time with the Lord, worshipping Him, studying, praying fervently! We want to outgrow our spiritual clothes!

We have been given a calling by the Lord which seems all too huge -- clothes too big! We are called to be part of a royal priesthood, set a good example to the world around us, love our neighbor as ourselves, share the good news of Messiah, and later to sit at the Lord's right hand and rule with Him! I would say that those are big clothes to fit, but this is the Lord just showing us that we need to grow into our calling -- we need to grow into our royal positions! These tasks may seem too large for us but the Lord wants us to grow into the ministry He is calling us to!

Kimberly, don't worry if your clothes seem to large now. Spend time in prayer and worship -- leave sin and the power of sin over your life behind you -- be filled in His power to live out your calling. You will soon fill the clothes that He has prepared for you! There's so much work to be done!

Your family in the Lord with much agape love, George, Baht Rivka, Elianna & Obadiah

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J

I feel overwhelmed by trying to find which clothes I fit in. What does God want me to wear? Will I be able to carry off the "style" He dresses me in? I feel really lost right now and I know the only way to find my best fit is by seeking the Designer! So next week is going to be a prayer and fasting week for me, just seeking God, hoping to get a glimpse of what my steps will look like, and the clothing that He wants me to wear!

God spoke to me this morning about not focusing on my weaknesses, my "human condition"  but  focusing on my supernatural position in Christ.  I read this:

Ah yes, "surrender" is my word for this year. Before it has been "submit", but I needed this in reverse ~ again. Can't submit before surrendering...So I know how hard all of what you are going through must be for you, Kim...cleaning out your home, renting, all those things you are doing by faith and not by your flesh/feelings. Sometimes one can get so weary of this, yet it is what we are called to do. Don't you just long for a "normal" life sometimes? I know I do. So we focus on the things of God that are good. His way of using all negative things for positive results in our lives. Trying to see the joy in things, definitely the spiritual growth.

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J

I "feel" lost.  I am not sure of my next step.  I know I am not lost, because in Christ I can't chase my feelings I chase the truth of WHO I am in Christ. If I have lost my focus, which I totally have... then I realize I must take time to realign it before I go any more off course. So next week I am going to fast and pray all week.  No internet - Yes Holy Spirit!  I am hoping to see what clothes God wants to dress me in and find the Christ Charisma I need to carry off the "style" He has for me to sport in the coming year.  My spiritual clothes are not fitting me well anymore.  I have to be willing to submit myself to the Designer and change into the clothing He has for me.

I am a fighting a restlessness that has taken away my ability to focus on my writing - this last week was a washout to me, because I did not accomplish what I thought I should be doing. But the Lord spoke to me in many ways.  My restlessness is at a all time high... I am hoping next week of fasting and focusing, getting myself in a Holy Alignment with God's Will for me will help.
Thanks for praying, you are a precious friend and dearly loved!

Matthew 11:28-30

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]29  Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. 30  For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good--not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne. (Amplified)

Because of my busy life, I wasn't spending time with God on a regular basis. I was doing good things for God, but somehow ignoring Him in the process. As a result, I often spent time feeling frustrated because I was doing works of the flesh.

"Works of the flesh" are things we do without God's power flowing through us. They are difficult, they drain us, and they produce no joy or fulfillment. They are often good things, but not 'God things.' Joyce Meyer

People can literally get burned out on religious activity as they struggle to serve God in their own strength. But Jesus didn't die for us to have ceaseless activity...He died so that we could be one with God through Him, so we could have a deep personal relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Joyce Meyer

When it rains it pours, BUT GOD... He "grows" us through the showers until the SON Shines in our hearts and JOY comes! Kimberlymac

talk it up! twitter-facebook

Frustration to me is a dead end street my enemy created for me to drive down as I chase after my emotions instead of standing firm in my God Truth. The enemy will beat upon our soul if we land on his dead end street.. BUT GOD always rescues us and we "grow" on, we love on, we hope on. Is 50 has always been good wisdom for me. If I kindle my own fire and I walk by the light of a man made fire, I will lay down in torment and frustration is my torment at times, when I try so hard to make things happen instead of letting go, letting God and walking in HIS LIGHT, knowing with HIS Peace that He's Got This!

Some people don't know the TRUTH that stands for all eternity. Jesus is being, was being and will always be. Nothing can stop HIM from being, no one can stop Him from being. He is the I AM! So soak that truth into our being and we know we don't have to "do" anything, we just have to be found in the ONE WHO is always BEING!

Love on... grow through judgement to depending on God, Who always loves and indefinitely so... Judging is saying it is all about making this right... loving, enduring and growing through is all about me saying: God's Got This!

Yes we can! Why? Because God empowers us in that special way that ONLY HE CAN! AWE-GOD! Kimberlymac

When you tell someone about your faith, do you give them religion...or relationship? If someone asks us, "What religion are you?" we should talk about our personal relationship with Jesus instead of what church we attend. I like to answer that question by saying, "Thank you for asking. I don't have any religion, but I do have Jesus." Joyce Meyer

YOU VERSION READING PLAN- THOUGHTS AS I READ:

Genesis 33

  • It is interesting how when Jacob knew there was danger ahead, he put his family in the order of his personal preference. It showed the ones he was most committed to. I wonder if we live life like that, if our partiality is shown by the way we conditionally do things.
  • I love the forgiveness that took place between Esau and Jacob. Jacob was very humble and Esau was very forgiving and the combination of the two equaled reconciliation
  • I loved what Jacob said to Esau about how seeing the forgiveness in Esau was like seeing the face of God.

Genesis 34

  • Simeon and Levi took matters in their own hands and craftily devised a scheme by offering what seemed to be a hand of friendship, only to turn and kill those who had wronged their sister. As we have seen throughout history, this never works out, the human condition always prevails when human beings force justice. God is a God of justice, we are not to step into His role and when we do, it does not end well for us.
  • Genesis 35
  • Put away all your idols, make yourself clean and change your clothes. After Jacob obeyed God, He changed His name to Israel. Rachel died giving birth to Benjamin: Son of My Suffering…

Romans 11

  • We always think we are the "only ones" God is asking to sacrifice, the "only one" who is serving God, yet God always has a remnant. We are not made God's by what we do, but by His Grace.
  • God does not open the minds of everyone, He dulls their mind so they can't understand, He closes their ears so they do not hear. All those that stubbornly resist God, we must pray to God that He will open their minds, and their understanding and help them hear His Voice
  • God kindness flows as we follow it
  • God will give us over to our stubborn ways, so He can show mercy to all
  • AWE-GOD! God's riches are great! His wisdom and knowledge have no end. No one can explain His decisions or understand His ways!

Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Developing My AWE-GOD With An Attitude Of Gratitude!

2012 AWE-GOD Gratefulness! Today I want to express my gratefulness to God for His Purposes at play in my life, changing me and shaping me according to His Sovereign Will for me. I am grateful Jesus!

Holy Spirit Inspired…. He speaks, I listen and obey… Thank you for teaching Me!

Galatians 1:12 (NLT) I received my message from no human source, and no

one taught me. Instead, I received it by direct revelation from Jesus Christ.

Almighty God; We make our earnest prayer that Thou wilt keep the United States in Thy holy protection; that Thou wilt incline the hearts of the citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to government; and entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another and for their fellow citizens of the United States at large. And finally that Thou wilt most graciously be pleased to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that charity, humility, and pacific temper of mind which were the characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed religion, and without a humble imitation of whose example in these things we can never hope to be a happy nation. Grant our supplication, we beseech Thee, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.'

Laus Deo! God Be Praised! I Praise God! I Lift Him High! Just like those who went before me, those who capped the highest and most important monument in our country, The Washington Monument with the words Laus Deo which means God Be Praised! Yes I do Praise My God and I am sooooooo grateful for all those who went before us, setting the example by being called to God 1st and doing life for HIM in followship of Him.  God will always be lifted up from generation to generation because this is one thing mankind, as hard as they might try to take God out of our culture, they can't do it... they can't stop God from being.  He was, He is and He always will be being. Omnipresent Reality Check!! We can't stop God from BEING and we can't stop His Sovereign Will From Doing all He has purposed according to His Kingdom glory for us! AWE-GOD!  Have a great week and thanks for the encouragement! Laus Deo!

Grace is a love that has nothing to do with you, the beloved. It has everything and only to do with the lover.

YOU VERSION READING PLAN- THOUGHTS AS I READ:

Genesis 31, 32

  • God made things right for Jacob after Laban had cheated him for many years.
  • God sent told Jacob to return home to the land of His Father
  • Jacob left Laban in secret and Laban pursued him and confronted him.
  • Laban was angry and wanted to hurt Jacob, but God came to him in a dream and said not to, this was incredible to see the Provisional Protection of God for Jacob because of the Covenant He was under.
  • In all the unfairness, deceit and strife, God still shone brightly in Justice and Righteousness.
  • Human Condition!! It sure shows its ugly head and God overrides it with His Miraculous impact upon our human flesh.
  • They put their misunderstandings and strife in God's Presence and called a Truce saying God is the the One Who will judge, we will no longer pursue this strife, we will leave in peace. I thought that was cool, God became the intermediate negotiator
  • When Jacob found out Esau was coming, He was afraid for his life and the life of His children, He once again called upon God's Promise in the Covenant and asked God to save him.
  • Jacob took his family and his possessions to safety, that showed what kind of man he had become, putting them 1st over himself.
  • Jacob wrestled with God and God put his hip out of joint… I thought this kind of symbolized his pride.
  • He clung to God with all His might, would not let go… He desired God's blessing and then God renamed Him God-Wrestler- Israel.
  • Jacob called the place Peniel ("God's Face") He saw the face of God and lived.
  • Jacob wrestled with God and left limping in his humanity, humbled to the core!

YOU VERSION NOTE – GOD INSPIRED- GOD WRITTEN

God's Purposes In Play

http://www.youversion.com/notes/4184255/kingdom-purposes-in-play

There are times in my life I feel are more than I can humanly handle. Why God? When I cry out of my human condition to You, Holy Spirit, You instantly intercede for me according to God's Sovereign Will and You simultaneously activate the flow of God's Kingdom Purposes in my life-story.  There is no greater prayer than for the Kingdom Purposes of Awe-GOD to flow in and through our lives! God's Purposes are in play for us every single minute, creating our every miraculous moment. Every earthly minute exchanged in Kingdom Purpose always creates God Moments of Miraculous Musing; Good God News (The Bible) to reflect on and grow in God AWE! Kingdom Purposes in play purposefully develop our God AWE! Selah! Miraculous Musing! God's Will is always in play for us, as He exchanges our worldly minutes for His Kingdom Purpose, which eventually, always blooms His Goodness in us.  When we live our lives called to God 1st, His Purposes engage and are in play in our lives, forming in us and through us His perfect Kingdom Will.  Just as if we never sinned, God calls us according to His Kingdom Purpose, which is to shape our inner spirit in the image of His Glory.  Every day God's Purposes are in play in our lives to accomplish this charge.  When we are called to God 1st, His Kingdom Purposes become our major life goals.  We hope to be positioned squarely in the flow of His Kingdom Purposes, because in them we are shaped for Him, by Him and unto His Glory.  Kingdom Purpose in play in our lives may not look and feel the way we think it should.  God's Kingdom Purpose sometimes rubs against our human condition in ways that sharpen the Kingdom Life in us and lessen our lean towards our cultural sway.  Most of the time, God's Sovereign Purposes at play in our lives is a sour taste to our mouth, it is not the sweet taste our human condition likes to feed on and is very hard to swallow, yet it always brings forth His Sovereign Will for us.  When God's Purposes are in play in our lives, the Sovereign Will of God is never separate from His Infinite Love, the two go hand in hand, and kind of taste like a sweet-tart! LOL! The Sovereign Will of God never separates us from His Infinite Love.  If God decides to put His Specifically Designed Purpose in play in our lives and they look like distress, trial, tribulation, persecution and unfairness, then we know without a doubt that the feel of God's purposes in play, does not separate us from the Infinite Love of God. This is the time we cling tighter to God's Love, and dig our roots deeper in His Kingdom soil.  God's ways are not our ways; therefore His Kingdom purposes at play in our lives might not always be the way we would choose to be shaped in His Image.  Sometimes God's Kingdom purposes in play take us way out of our human comfort zone, they are not designed for our ease, but for our Kingdom growth. That is why when we feel God's Sovereign Will is too hard, unfair, hurtful to us, we should know that His Kingdom Purposes in play are always and eventually for our best-Kingdom Good! No Doubt About It! When God's Kingdom Purposes are in play in our lives, His Infinite Love carries us through to His Amazing Sovereign Will for our lives! Yes! Miraculously Musing, I totally think that all that touches my life is eventually Kingdom Awesome - AWE-GOD Good! Cling Tighter To God's Infinite Love, Dig Your Roots Deeper In His Kingdom Soil, Because God's Purpose Is In Play In Your Life Today! AWE-GOD!

Today's goal: Less of me....more Jesus....

Ron Edmondson

Yes Lord, Help each of us to shake off our impulsive human conditions and step into the flow of YOUR Kingdom purposes today, so our legacy from today lives on in testimony of our AWE-GOD tomorrow!

JoJo Taberes

I have always loved the way God does things, but specifically for marriage, I so love the way HE in that special way He can, designs us wives with everything we need to be a great wife to to our husbands. We have everything we need to be the wife to the husband He has prepared and chosen for us! AWE-GOD! Pretty cool God we serve. Have a Happy Day!

Meinda Fouquart Ysaguirre

Lord, teach me not to be irritable with myself and others in life's disappointments. Whisper Your words of love, grace, mercy to me.

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J

Disappointments are designed to test the character of God in us. Our enemy devises them, to set us up to be upset in our morality, our God uses them to "grow us through" temptation and plant the Kingdom seeds of endurance, perseverance and forbearing trust in Him. Disappointments are bad news that can be flip-flopped into Kingdom Media. Our response to disappointment is our living Kingdom legacy; so we are to be diligently in tune to God during times of disappointments. The best thing to remember about disappointment is any impulsive reaction to it, will be out of our "human condition" and is literally a chasing of our "soul-emotions"! Chasing our emotions only leads us to a dead end street of disillusionment where the thugs of discouragement and despair hope to beat down our soul, so depression can craftily sneak in and gain access to our spirit! The 1st step out of disappointment is down, bowing before God, recognizing your own limitations and human condition and acknowledging His power, purpose and possibility in all things. When we bow our hearts before God, the honor, respect and AWE of Him soothes and quiets our impulsive human nature and I can promise your next step will simply-significantly be right into the Kingdom purpose flow of a "God Awareness" that responds to the foolishness of disappointments with Kingdom Purpose, stepping out with the Wisdom of God; a way that never resembles the way of human condition, but always marks humanity with a Kingdom Impact, that is never devoid of eternal legacy… infinitely so!

I have to take some time apart, me and God. I have been very restless and the restlessness has grown, so I am going to spend a week fasting and praying, seeking
God's face, listening to Him and letting go of all things me. I am not sure of my next step and I feel afraid of getting lost, making the wrong choice, so I realize that I need to fully face my God to find the next step He has for me. If I kindle my own fire, and walk by the light of a man made fire, (Is 50) I will lay down in torment. I have had way too much torment in my life because of my "kindling skills"!! I am not sure of my next step and I am way too focused on trying to figure out that next step. I would rather focus on AWE-GOD, Who can transform my confusion into clarity than keeping on trying to make sense of things. So I need a "time out"! I want to step into the flow of His Kingdom purposes for me. What will I focus on today? My "human condition" or my supernatural position in Christ? I am struggling with making that choice, restlessness is strong in me. I can't chase my feelings, I must chase the truth of WHO I am in Christ. If I have lost my focus, which I "feel" I totally have... then I realize I must take time to FULLY FACE GOD and realign it before I go any more off course. So next week I am going to fast and pray all week. No… internet – Yes… Holy Spirit! Thanks! Pray for me! Love you all! Love on….

Praise the Lord, because he heard my prayer for help. 7 The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him, and he helps me. I am very happy, and I praise him with my song. 8 The Lord is powerful; He gives victory to his chosen one. 9 Save your people and bless those who are your own. • Can you imagine trading your birthright for food like Esau did. He truly did not place much value on it, life seemed to be all about fixing his current need. I wonder if I am the same? How much value do I put on my Godly Birthright into the Kingdom of God and what have I traded it for.
  • During the famine God told Isaac exactly what to do and promised Isaac He would take care of him.
  • It is crazy that Isaac did the same thing His father did, generational sin choices!
  • The Lord blessed Isaac just like He promised Abraham He would.
  • I am the God of Abraham your father; don't fear a thing because I'm with you. I'll bless you and make your children flourish because of Abraham my servant. What an amazing promise in 26:24 of Genesis and the cool part is, we also are recipients of this promise.
  • Amazing how Rebekah favored her son Jacob and she cheated her son Esau out of his birthright blessing. The human condition showing through again.
  • Anger. Then we see how Esau's seething anger, justified in a sense, but anger held on to embitters and causes in Esau a murdering spirit, very interesting to see the generational sins…
  • After everything Jacob had connived, the Lord still held true His promise… how humbling is that!
  • Jacob Was Grateful To God: 22 This stone that I have set up as a memorial pillar will mark this as a place where God lives. And everything you give me, I'll return a tenth to you."
  • Jacob loved Rachel, but Laban deceived him and gave him Leah. God returned to Jacob the very sin and it's consequence upon him. Interesting. Jacob tricked, Jacob was tricked and had to pay the consequences for another 7 years.
  • Jacob's sin also had consequences for Rachel, the one Jacob loved…because God kept her barren and gave Leah children.
  • Rachel committed the same generational sin, repeated it again by giving her maid Bihah to Jacob to bear him a child because she could not. The same impulsive, doubting nature continued in the next generation. I will do it myself if God does not come through… we all have heard that somewhere
  • God had mercy on Rachel and opened her womb and sh had a son, named Him Joseph.
  • God kept blessing Jacob, even though He did not deserve it, because He cheated and connived to get what he wanted.

Romans 9-10

  • The Isrealites identity was not about anything but a God-determined promise!
  • Compassion originates in God's mercy! Very Cool Thought! When I Have Compassion For Someone It Is All About My Salvation, Giving The Mercy It Has Received!
  • How can we question God? None of us knows enough to question God.
  • We should never ask God why He shaped us the way He did!
  • Hosea said: I will call the nobodies and make them somebodies, the unloved and make them beloved.
  • God does not count us, He calls us by name Romans 9:28 MSG
  • You can miss God if you get absorbed in what you are doing for yourself.
  • We can be so involved in our personal "God Projects" that we don't notice what God is doing right in front of us.
  • Jesus! You will find Jesus as you seek Him on the way, not in the way.
  • Salvation is God's business!
  • We insist on having our own way, we do things our way, trying to "be good"
  • God will shape His right living in us. He will teach us how to be His servants, to be All-IN with Him, embracing Him body and soul.
  • If we trust God completely, we will never regret it.

Building and being a part of the community Jesus Christ designed us for is simply significantly the best way to grow in our relationship with HIM. We were created to be in community, to be together and do life with each other. We need God and we need each other! The community we find here in this facebook group, we need to ask God to use us to build this same community in our chats. Will you be the one? Be the person who lets the hopeless borrow your hope, your faith until they can find theirs. It is my hope we ALL In With AWE-GOD, Being found in His Son, Jesus Christ and do "HIS" life together! 1 Kings 19

1 AHAB TOLD Jezebel all that Elijah had done and how he had slain all the prophets [of Baal] with the sword.2 Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not your life as the life of one of them by this time tomorrow.

Elijah was the last prophet standing…. And he stood victorious. Then the rain came and he found in his success that he felt very alone. He thought there has to be more than this.

Joyce Meyer: Promises For Your Everyday Life

Psalm 7:9

Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the [uncompromisingly] righteous [those upright and in harmony with You]; for You, Who try the hearts and emotions and thinking powers, are a righteous God. The Starving Baker: Feeding everyone else all the time, and forgetting to feed himself.

Are you being tested today? The key is to keep trusting God, even if you don't understand. There is no such thing as trusting God without unanswered questions, but when you push ahead, despite your doubts, He will build you up and make you strong. Joyce Meyer

Mark 11:25

You can make the right decision to forgive and not "feel" any differently. That's when faith steps in. You have done your part, now wait on God. He will do His part and heal your emotions, make you whole, and change your feelings toward the person who hurt you. Joyce Meyer

Developing My AWE-GOD With An Attitude Of Gratitude!

2012 Awaken My Worship! Jesus, I am encouraged by YOU through my friend Virginia. Today I want to express my gratefulness for her to You. Thank You Lord for Virginia's constant caring heart. It is always turned on and always found in your compassion. I am thankful for her caring heart, which I am a recipient of a lot! Thank You Jesus! I am grateful!

Exhortation- The Shepherd's Communicated Love-Wisdom!

One thing I learned through my many years of ministry that my kids always remembered the "quality" time not the quantity time. Their best memories were when I was ALL IN with them, not distracted by my ministry, but completely focused on them and that was "quality" time! I will pray that for you. It is so difficult when there is much happening at once, but you learn to discipline yourself to be ALL In with them when you are home with them and you learn it by letting go and knowing God's Got This and together You, God and your kids can make a "quality time" memory. If you are not "All IN" with them, then it is a lopsided memory and it doesn't stand through time... You want to make memories that they will remember. When I was counseling, I literally had to close the files, me and God before I went home. Sometimes it helps to mark an X through your calendar day, close the file or do something that sets with you as a sign between YOU and God, that helps you let go and be ALL IN with your family and have some quality time together.

****My Prayer! I Place All My Expectation In You, Almighty God!*****

Psalm 62:5 (amplified) My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him. He only is my Rock and my Salvation; He is my Defense and my Fortress, I shall not be moved

A Seasoned Servant Of God Has Encouraged Me Today

Pastor Elliott Osowitt

When I read this scripture this morning, the Lord said, "I have spoken. You don't need to explain or say anymore. They will read this and understand as much as they can." So friend, I am sending a short word straight from the lips of God to King David, to me, to you. Prayerfully read and give it a minute to sink in. Pastor Elliott

Psalm 27:8-14

8 My heart says this about You, "You are to seek My face." LORD, I will seek Your face.

9 Do not hide Your face from me; do not turn Your servant away in anger. You have been my helper; do not leave me or abandon me, God of my salvation.

10 Even if my father and mother abandon me, the LORD cares for me.

11 Because of my adversaries, show me Your way, LORD, and lead me on a level path.

12 Do not give me over to the will of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, breathing violence.

13 I am certain that I will see the LORD's goodness in the land of the living.

14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and courageous. Wait for the LORD.

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J

Thank you, I really needed that today! I am physically tired because we practically had to stay up all night because of this freaky weather we are having… terrible thunderstorms and tornados in JANUARY… how weird is that… the tornado sirens kept going off and we had to keep getting in a safe place instead of sleeping!!!! The seasons are so mixed up!! Anyway I felt discouraged all day, about things I know are in Kingdom purpose-process. This scripture helped me snap out of my "pouty party" and get back on the right track of faith and hope instead of chasing my tired soul-emotions…

I heard this song the other day, it really blessed me but today I lived it because when my faith and hope felt like it had spongy legs that could not hold me and I was going down, you let me borrow yours… and now my hope is able to hold me up again… isn't that just what the Bride Of Christ is supposed to function like! Divine Direction

"I know, O Lord, that a man's life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps." Jeremiah 10:23

We do not own our lives.  We have been bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20).  Jesus' sacrificial blood purchased our freedom from the fire of hell, sin, and death.  By faith, He owns us.  A great exchange took place when you first believed in Jesus.  What's yours became His, and what's His became yours.  The life of Christ became your life. It is not your life to define, but His.  He has wrapped a wonderful definition around who you are in Him.  You are a child of God.  You are secure because your Savior keeps you.  You are valuable because the Lord values you.  You are protected because the Almighty owns you. The Bible is God's glossary of how to define yourself.
Scripture gives you a family tree of faith for you to trace your religious roots.  It is a mirror of how God sees you.  He sees you as accepted in His Son, though you suffer rejection from others.  Cherish and enjoy daily the acceptance of Jesus. Moreover, your mistakes are His opportunity to affirm His acceptance.  There are still consequences to your sin, but He is always available to receive you back because you are His.  He accepts and receives back His own.
Furthermore, He directs His own (Isaiah 48:17).  God's desire for you is to understand and follow His plan for your life.  Praise God it's a step-by-step process and He directs your steps!  Some days you may feel like it is three steps forward and two steps back, but do not be discouraged or dismayed.  God is still directing your steps, though at times they seem tedious and laborious. The Lord leads you in lockstep with His steps.  In His steps is the wisest way to walk.  Do not run ahead thinking you have to set a record for speed or quickness.
In fact, quick steps may cause you to backtrack and have to re-learn what God was trying to teach you.  Walk patiently with Him, and watch Him work.  The Holy Spirit is your step director.  You are in His step class for instruction in His word and exercise in faith.  Learn how to let the Lord direct your steps. Prayerfully listen to the quiet prompting from His spirit.  Stop when you need to stop.  Speed up when you need to speed up.  Slow down when you need to slow down.  God directs the steps of a submitted and surrendered man or woman.
Stubbornness is hard to direct (Psalm 81:12).
Pride resists direction, and independence attempts to self-direct.  Listen to your spouse or close friend.  God may speak His next steps through them.  Self-direction is like traveling alone to a new destination without a map or an orientation to your surroundings.  It is futile and frustrating.  It leads to fatalistic thinking.  God-directed steps, on the contrary, are a pattern of peace.  You can rest in His far-reaching perspective and otherworldly wisdom.  He gives divine direction that determines His will for your life.  Step by step, He leads you.  You can trust that His way is the best way.  Be patient.  Watch Him work in spite of adversity and a lack of resources.  Avoid a two-step with yourself. Stay in step with your Savior.  Allow your Maker to define your moves.  Lockstep with the Lord is the wisest way to walk.  Resist directing your own steps.  Trust in your walk with Him. Allow His direction to define your steps.
