When Solomon set out to build the first temple, the Lord told Him that He cannot be contained in a manmade structure. He is infinite and all-encompassing! He's not in a wall or any other man-made object! And amazingly, infinite as He is, He promises to draw near to us as we draw near to Him!
God wants to have a deep and intimate relationship with us. He wants us to experience the life-changing power of His healing and deliverance in our lives.
Kimberly, let's not get distracted by the man-made ways people try to connect with God -- let's cry out for intimacy with Him right here and right now. And let's also not forget pray for revelation for all who seek Him -- that they would see the truth of the Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus).

Deadly Adultery
"Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave." Proverbs 5:5
Adultery is deadly, because it kills relationships and destroys reputations. Children of a parent caught in adultery become confused, dismayed and angry. A child is innocent of a parent's infidelity, but they still suffer the consequences of ongoing conflict, pain, and resentment. Without trust in the Lord, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit's healing and forgiveness, suffering children are set on a similar path of destruction.
Indeed, the ripple affect of adultery's actions can be felt for generations, so run from this raw deal. It is not worth breaking the heart of God, and breaking the hearts of those who love you the most. Do not allow instant gratification to numb you from the devastating affect of selfish whims. What's done in the darkness will come to light, and it is as detrimental as the insidious work of termites, causing integrity's foundation to crumble.
"He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts" (I Corinthians 4:5) Therefore, stay faithful to your bride or groom, and you will reap the rewards of relational life, and respect from your children.
How can you be on guard against adultery's allure? One way is to avoid websites that offer virtual temptation. We mock God when we pray, 'lead me not into temptation' (Matthew 6:13), and then expose ourselves to escapades that lead to adultery. So, ask for accountability, and install software that blocks bad sites. Secondly, save emotional intimacy and alone time for your spouse only. Heart connection need only occur between a husband and a wife. Friendly flirtation is the first step into adultery's intoxicating control, so inoculate your life from adultery's infection with a healthy marriage.
Husbands and wives who have emotional and physical fulfillment at home, are not easily led astray. Moreover, make loving the Lord and obeying His commands your compelling commitment, because God's discipline is sure for those who select the sinful action of adultery. Yes, He forgives, but He also disciplines those He loves. Therefore, remain on the high road of faith and fidelity. Avoid the death of adultery with a life giving marriage.
"Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
Hebrews 13:4

Yes, He forgives…. BUT He also disciplines those He loves. We don't want to think about our God in that way. Our thinking is unbalanced and that leads us to making casual choices with huge consequences! God will judge us for everything we have done and said. No Doubt About It! Make the right choice the 1st time, not out of fear of judgement, but out of perfect love for God that casts out all fear!

A Pattern to Live By
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. Exodus 20:9-10, NIV
Life on Planet Earth is fast becoming a rat race, and a mad scramble to get ahead that is leaving brokenness everywhere. We desperately need a pattern to live by that will enable us to live our lives successfully. Such a pattern already exists; it was set at the dawn of Creation by God Himself. But we are not following the Creator's directions.
Our twenty-four-hour day is based on the earth's rotation on its axis. Our twelve-month years are based on the revolution of our planet around the sun. But the only basis for the seven-day week that is used worldwide as a pattern for humanity's lifestyle is the Creator's example: "By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work" (Gen. 2:2, NIV). While God's week included rest on the seventh day, it also involved work for six days straight, giving us a pattern for the discipline of our lives. For a long time I ignored the Sabbath, but now that I am taking a Sabbath rest to replenish my soul, I feel so much better about my life, I feel rested on the inside. I also take a Sabbath rest from my internet ministry, so one full day I am off the twitter!
Day by day, morning by morning, begin your walk with Him in the calm trust that God is at work in everything....It is your personal business, as a discipline of your heart, to learn to be peaceful and safe in God in every situation....Remember, friend, where your real living is going on. In your thinking, in your reacting, in your heart of hearts - here is where your walk with God begins and continues. So when you start to move into trusting Him, stay there. Don't wander out again into worry and doubt!

Speak God's Word to the Mountain By Joyce Meyer
When Jesus said that we are to speak to the mountain, commanding it to be lifted up and thrown into the sea, He was making a radical statement.
See, we usually talk about the "mountains," or challenges, in our lives, but God's Word instructs us to talk to them. And when we do, we must respond to them with the Word of God.
In Luke 4, when Satan was trying to tempt Jesus in the wilderness, the Lord responded to every trial by speaking Scripture. He repeatedly quoted verses that met the lies and deceptions of the devil head-on.
We have a tendency to try this for awhile, but when we do not see quick results, we stop speaking the Word to our problems and begin once again to speak our feelings. Persistence is a vital link to obtaining victory.
Constantly speaking the Word is powerful and absolutely necessary in overcoming any problem or negative situation. Know what you believe and be determined to stick with it to the end.
Prayer Starter: Holy Spirit, remind me daily to speak the Word to the mountains in my life. Every time I give in to complaining or despair, fill me with Your peace and boldness and prompt me to speak Your will and move mountains!

Beautiful Love – Infinitely So!
Jesus loves us in ways we have not even begun to imagine or hope for. Rest your hope upon this Infinite-Abundant God Love. There is no greater expression of love to be found anywhere, than in Jesus' life given for us. He is a Bridegroom worthy of our hope and trustworthy of our faith. The expression of His Love today for His Bride is just a small token of a huge Infinite Love that He has for us. His Infinite Love will undergird us with incredible strength as we "grow through" the Kingdom Purposes of His Sovereign Will in play in our lives. His spoken love is the highest praise we will ever receive. Drink it in today Bride of Christ! There is no challenge you face today that is greater than the Infinite Love of Jesus that has been freely and abundantly expressed to us by His Word, Life and Holy Spirit. The trials we face will never be greater than the purposes of God's Infinite Love for us! His Infinite Love is a fountain constantly springing up in the garden of our hearts. Enjoy His Infinite Love. It is His Excellence given just for His Bride! AWE-GOD! Infinitely So!

Without hope, unbelief builds walls around our faith and speaks the lie that we have to see it to believe it. Tear the walls of doubt down and let HUGE HOPE be your strength and eyesight.
When something comes up suddenly and you can't see past the fear of it, panic is a sure sign of the hopelessness saturating your soul. Panic=Hopelessness! Surrender kicks the panic out of your soul!
Strengthening your belief is the act of surrendering your personal strength to God and adhering yourself to Jesus' foundational strong points. You will not shake with panic, when you are adhered to God's sure foundation, Jesus Christ! I know because I am "growing through" this foundational change in my heart. In every suddenly, I know I can experience strong spirit peace instead of soul panic! It is my choice, God's foundational strength never changes, it is always being and always for me. When I choose to change my position to a human willed strength, it always fails, ushering in a shattering panic to my soul peace.
Adhering is a perfect position for receiving HUGE HOPE! Adhering to Jesus is a picture of a person completely surrendered to His Sovereign Will and consistently clinging with full trust to His Infinite Love. Adhering=Fully Facing AWE-GOD! Completely! I am not there yet, but I am on my way to a completely! I desire it with all my heart and my focus is undivided on strengthening my belief, my faith by trusting completely in Jesus from every moment to every choice, making sure I am securely positioned on the Cornerstone, Jesus Christ!
Jesus is my sure foundation! Strengthen your belief and faith in your life by trusting completely in Jesus, surrendering all to Him, being called to Him 1st and being ALL-In with His Kingdom Purposes in play in your life; this will increase your hope in a HUGE way! I call it HUGE HOPE! Hope that is soul resting on the Cornerstone! There is no impulsive panic in between each moment and into every choice when your will rests completely surrendered on the tried and tested foundation of the life of Jesus Christ!
AWE-GOD! Huge Hope is in my soul, saturating my spirit and influencing my will. HUGE HOPE subjects my soul to its security, my mind is clear and with Kingdom clarity, I can make the right decision the 1st time, from every moment to every choice I face! ALL-In! HUGE HOPE of my AWE-GOD is the Glory Glow of every test and trial I face and the testimony of every choice I make in followship of My Way-Maker as I rest my belief in Jesus!
