Oh sweet heavenly hindsight that see's the touch of God! I am grateful and stand in AWE as I watch YOU answer prayer in that special way only YOU can. You touch, You heal, You comfort, You change us. I am so grateful to be a part of the flow of Your Kingdom purposes, to experience the miraculous touch of my AWE-GOD!

1 Corinthians 12:11
All these [gifts, achievements, abilities] are inspired and brought to pass by one and the same [Holy] Spirit, Who apportions to each person individually [exactly] as He chooses.

My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J
Exactly as He chooses! This really popped out at me today. He chooses! He designs! He shapes! It is all according to His Kingdom purposes. My life is all about HIM and He is the Potter Whom has shaped me this way. I live, breathe and move in the way my AWE-GOD decided. In that there is great peace. I am not a mistake. I am not a mess. I am a powerful prospect of God's Glory, whose life is being shaped by the Kingdom purposes He chooses to put in play all around me. I am exactly who God wanted me to be! Every gift, every ability, every achievement is because He, My AWE-GOD gave way to it! He chooses! Oh, The Sovereign Way Of God, Help Me To Lean Into It Today. I Hope Huge To Sway With The Sovereignty Of His Will In The Favor Of His Heart That He Chooses For Me Today! Shape Me Jesus!
How to Develop Your Gifts By Joyce Meyer
People ask me all the time how to discover and develop the gifts God has given them. Here are a few helpful steps that I've discovered:
1. Focus on the strengths God gave you. Concentrating on your strengths will help you fulfill the calling God has put on your life.
2. Exercise your gift. Find something you like to do and that you do well, and do it over and over again. Want to know what will happen? You will feel better about yourself because you won't be constantly failing.
3. Have the courage to be different. Unhappiness comes when you try to be like everyone else rather than embracing the unique person that you are.
4. Learn to cope with criticism. Have enough confidence in who you are in Christ that you can listen to others and be open to change without feeling you have to agree with their viewpoint or attain their approval.
God has planted greatness in you. Let today be the beginning of a great adventure as you step into the gifts He's given you.
Prayer Starter: God, I want to cultivate and develop the gifts You've given me. Give me the courage to follow You and develop the gifts and abilities You've put inside me.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." ~Poet and Essayist, Ralph Waldo Emerson

Matthew 14:22-32
22 Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. 23After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone, 24 but the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. 25 During the fourth watch of the night Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. 26 When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. "It's a ghost," they said, and cried out in fear. 27 But Jesus immediately said to them: "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." 28 "Lord, if it's you," Peter replied, "tell me to come to you on the water." 29 "Come," he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!" 31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. "You of little faith," he said, "why did you doubt?" 32 And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down.

I grew up just a stone's throw from Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. One of the great things about growing up there was that I got to go fishing a lot. In fact when I was a junior in high school I took off a whole summer and just went fishing. I mean the.whole.summer. It was great! But you had to be careful because storms on Lake Superior are legend. So This story about Jesus really hits home for me. In some ways, it hits home for all of us whether we have boating experience or not.
It's as if Jesus has commanded us all to get in the boat and and do what we have been told until He comes to us. The Disciples were in the same situation. I would like to draw some observations that will benefit us all.
1) Jesus has commanded the Disciples and us to get in the boat. He did not exactly say what they were to do except to go to the other side of the lake. Faith is like that. Sometimes the Master tells us to do something we do not fully understand. Nevertheless… be obedient.
2) The journey was not smooth. A strong wind came up and was tossing the boat. It was especially hard because it was a head wind. Perseverance is a trait of a good fisherman/woman. No matter what, even if you are rowing against the wind… continue. You will surely never get to the other side if you stop. Your task is not done until you get to the other side. Keep rowing.
3) Jesus came to them. Sometimes when you feel alone and and frightened and you think you can't make it, remember that Jesus has NOT left you alone. Just like his Disciples in that small boat Jesus knows where we are at all times and what we need. Always. 4) When our faith fails… Jesus is there to save us. Just like Peter who started sinking in the water when he tried to walk to Jesus, sometimes we find that our faith too, is weak and inadequate. It is during those times, those times of self-doubt and worry, that Jesus reaches out His hand to us and in his characteristic non-judgmental way draws us out of certain doom and places us again where it is safe.
5) The storm is calmed. Once Jesus takes us out of the situation where we have gotten ourselves in trouble—whatever the circumstance—things do not seem so bad anymore. The Scripture simply says, "…the wind stopped." The very situation in which at first started Peter to doubt and sink was suddenly… gone. Just like some situations in our own lives.
And finally,
6) The Disciples' response is one of worship. After Jesus shows them this miracle, they suddenly realize that Jesus is the Christ, that He does have authority over all these natural events because He is "Certainly God's Son!"
How about you? Where are you in your faith journey? Have you even started by asking Jesus into your heart? I would encourage you to do it today. Right now. Even while life's storms are raging all around you. There is no better time.
And how about you, Christian? Has your faith been weak? Get out of the Boat! Reach out to Jesus today. Take His hand. And just like Jesus said, "Surely I am with you, even to the end of the age."
Blessings, all!
My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J
God pointed me in a direction that I felt like I could not get to, I did not understand the course He charted, so I began leaning on my own understanding, trying to make sense of it and then my way seemed impossible! So I started to row in obedience to HIM and out of my desire for followship. The wind of loneliness began whipping in my face and it was the kind of wind that takes your breath away, so I stopped rowing, and became overwhelmed by its velocity, and have sat there entertaining doubts as to whether I can get to the other side before the whole boat sinks. There I sat! Today I realize I do need to take up the oars and get rowing and keep rowing, because Jesus is in the boat, His Kingdom purposes are in play all around me and I will make it because of my Way-Maker! Thanks for the encouragement! I am rowing again towards the vision God has given me!

Excerpts-Thoughts From The Bridegroom's Voice
A Book Written By Jesus For His Bride! Available In February 2013 For Info Email: kmac4him@maxforcepublishing.com
Precious One, I AM your peace in the storms of life and I will teach you how to ascend like an eagle above the squalls, where you will experience an infilling of My everlasting strength and soar in My joy!
My Bride, I wish for you hope in every situation you encounter on earth, because where there is hope in Me, I reign! I AM HOPE!
The Groomsman's Journal : Reflecting, Meditating and Responding
I Must Decrease - God Must Increase In Me!
My Thoughts:
Day Six! April 9th, 2-12 My Thoughts: From Week Four:
- The most enduring hope comes from the inside out. Hope worn inside out lasts forever.
- If I anchor my spirit to God's hope, then my life-boat can be a consistent refuge in every storm of life!
- Dig Deeper! Anchor myself to truth. Dig past my feeling and emotions to God's truth and this is when faith activates and strengthens me
- Being positioned in God's saving grace from the inside to the outside is God's hope illuminated for all to see!
- My relationship with God starts in my spirit, letting Him reign and this is when strong God-hope rises in me.
- Don't take the external, with all its confusion and anxiety, inside to your inner man. Instead, be found In God's Presence from inside-out
Isaiah 14:3-7
And the peoples [of Babylonia] shall take them and bring them to their own country [of Judea] and help restore them. And the house of Israel will possess [the foreigners who prefer to stay with] them in the land of the Lord as male and female servants; and they will take captive [not by physical but by moral might] those whose captives they have been, and they will rule over their [former] oppressors. 3 When the Lord has given you rest from your sorrow and pain and from your trouble and unrest and from the hard service with which you were made to serve,4 You shall take up this [taunting] parable against the king of Babylon and say, How the oppressor has stilled [the restless insolence]! The golden and exacting city has ceased!5 The Lord has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the [tyrant] rulers,6 Who smote the peoples in anger with incessant blows and trod down the nations in wrath with unrelenting persecution--[until] he who smote is persecuted and no one hinders any more.7 The whole earth is at rest and is quiet; they break forth into singing. (amplified)
My Thoughts About This Verse:
- Restlessness is the opposite of hope. I believe the enemy of our soul stirs up restlessness in order to stress the hope in our spirit, crafting in us hopelessness.
- God is the only one WHO can give us rest in our soul, and when we fully face our AWE-GOD, hope abounds!
- We need to hope 1st in God because He is the only ONE Who can break the scepter of the tyrant rulers of our time!
- It is so true that a hopeful heart is one that is always breaking forth in worship! Hope Huge in God today!
- Fully Face God! Calm Down! Hope Huge In Him – Keep Hoping Until Your Heart Is Singing – Worshipping Him Alone!
1 Peter 2:7-19 To you then who believe (who adhere to, trust in, and rely on Him) is the preciousness; but for those who disbelieve [it is true], The [very] Stone which the builders rejected has become the main Cornerstone, 8 And, A Stone that will cause stumbling and a Rock that will give [men] offense; they stumble because they disobey and disbelieve [God's] Word, as those [who reject Him] were destined (appointed) to do.9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God's] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 10 Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God's people; once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and have received mercy.
- Belief is synonymous with hope! You stir up the one and the other flows in abundance in your life!
- Hope stumbles and fails when unbelief and disobedience fog up our heart.
- A strong God-Hope in our hearts illuminates the virtues of our #AWE-GOD
- The perfection of God is illuminated when we trust, rely, believe and hope in Him completely.
The Groomsman's Journal : Reflecting, Meditating and Responding
I Must Decrease - God Must Increase In Me!
My Thoughts:
Day Seven! April 10th 2012 My Thoughts: From Week Four:
- Hope is not just a glance in God's direction, it is a fixed focus on #AWE-GOD!
- Submissive stillness is where hope grows and thrives in your soul. Surrender all to God! Be Still!
- God's Hope that stirs up faith can only be spirit-led! Fully Face God and stand in Awe of Him and He will anchor your hope in a strong faith!
- Outside stress to inside causes a stormy soul with restless emotions. Inside God Presence to outside faith causes a strong hope.
- Be a lighthouse of hope today. Glow God's Glory! Despair is prevalent in this culture- shatter it with God's Light of hope!
- We were destined to be rescued by God's hope! God's Hope is a rescuer! Use it today to shatter the darkness of despair others face.
- Hope springs continuously from me as I cling to the Sovereignty of my AWE-GOD, knowing He Reigns!
Solomon 4: 10
How beautiful is your love, my sister, my [promised] bride! How much better is your love than wine! And the fragrance of your ointments than all spices!
My Thoughts About This Verse:
- Hope! We are Jesus' promised Bride
- Hope! Jesus loves us more than anything – He has expressed that to us in so many ways! Listen
- Jesus loves us in ways we have not even begun to imagine or hope for. Rest your hope upon this Infinite-Abundant God-Love!
Isaiah 28:16
Therefore thus says the Lord God, Behold, I am laying in Zion for a foundation a Stone, a tested Stone, a precious Cornerstone of sure foundation; he who believes (trusts in, relies on, and adheres to that Stone) will not be ashamed or give way or hasten away [in sudden panic].
My Thoughts About This Verse:
- Panic is a sure sign of hopelessness.
- Strengthening your belief and faith in your life by trusting completely in Jesus, surrendering to Him, will increase your hope in a HUGE way!
- Adhering To Jesus Is A Picture Of A Person Completely Surrendered To His Will – Clinging With Full Trust!
Psalm 62
1 FOR GOD alone my soul waits in silence; from Him comes my salvation.2 He only is my Rock and my Salvation, my Defense and my Fortress, I shall not be greatly moved.3 How long will you set upon a man that you may slay him, all of you, like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence?4 They only consult to cast him down from his height [to dishonor him]; they delight in lies. They bless with their mouths, but they curse inwardly. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!5 My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him.6 He only is my Rock and my Salvation; He is my Defense and my Fortress, I shall not be moved.7 With God rests my salvation and my glory; He is my Rock of unyielding strength and impenetrable hardness, and my refuge is in God!8 Trust in, lean on, rely on, and have confidence in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is a refuge for us (a fortress and a high tower). Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!9 Men of low degree [in the social scale] are emptiness (futility, a breath) and men of high degree [in the same scale] are a lie and a delusion. In the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath.10 Trust not in and rely confidently not on extortion and oppression, and do not vainly hope in robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them.11 God has spoken once, twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God.12 Also to You, O Lord, belong mercy and loving-kindness, for You render to every man according to his work.
My Thoughts About This Verse:
- Hope streams into our anxieties as we quiet our loud thoughts and silently submit to AWE-GOD
- Hope stays us until God's purposes in play in our lives have finished shaping us
- Hoping in God is my source of unyielding strength as I fully face HIM, I am not moved by circumstances!
- Hope is stirred up as I trust AWE-GOD and confidently lean into His Sovereign sway
- God-Hope comes as we set our hearts on AWE-God, putting all our expectations in Him. Exercising Hope Now!
Isaiah 40:25-31
Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding.29 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.30 Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. 31 But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. New Living Translation
My Thoughts About This Verse:
- The more and more and more that hear the Word of God, the less I doubt, the less I fear and the less I dread.
- My hope is alive when I develop my #AWE-GOD and rehearse the amazing character He displays in my all.
- I am up for it! Hoping in God brings such a new strength into each suddenly situation that pops up.
- Weary? Check the level of your hope, check the focus of your hope. Focus Jesus – Level High= Strength! Focus Me – Level Low=Weariness!

Isaiah 43 ~ The Amplified bible
15I am the Lord, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.16Thus says the Lord, Who makes a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters,17Who brings forth chariot and horse, army and mighty warrior. They lie down together, they cannot rise; they are extinguished, they are quenched like a lampwick:
18Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old.19Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Never Leaves You
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
God the Father never lets go of His child—God the Son saves a lost soul once and for all—God the Spirit seals a believer with eternal security. There is a completeness that accompanies faith in Christ. He is stable in the middle of instability. He is a rock in the center of swirling circumstances. He is a light that disturbs the darkest darkness. The Lord does not let go of what's His. Yes, once a child of God, always a child of God!
But we may ask, "What about past indiscretions that brought shame and embarrassment?" "Can't foolish living disqualify me from being a Christian?" Eternal salvation and acceptance is not based on our fickle behavior, but on Christ's unchanging character. We can stray, but He is there. We can doubt, but He is there. We can mess up, but He is there. The Lord is always there to lift us up, give us hope, offer us wisdom and fully restore us.
"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." Hebrews 13:5
Fulfillment, contentment, and rest do not come from striving to gain God's acceptance or somehow earn His good graces—peace of mind and a courageous heart come from accepting the fact that you are already accepted by His beloved son Jesus. The idol of money is cruel and causes consternation when your net worth becomes the measure of your worth. Lasting security comes from abiding in the faith fortress of your Savior Jesus.
Fear takes a back seat when your faith in Christ travels in the front seat of your life. Like an impatient and immature child yells from the back of the car, "How long before we get there", so fear screams doubts and worries about the Lord's timing in your transition. But by faith, you dismiss those distracting voices and you look forward, as the co-pilot with Christ. Jesus already has the wheel of your life, so you can confidently trust His will. You have no fear, because He is already here to steer you clear of confusion. He never leaves you!
"No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."
Joshua 1:5
Prayer: Lord, thank you for your all-consuming presence, teach me to abide in You.

1 John 5:11-15
And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life,[a] and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.Confidence and Compassion in Prayer 14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.New King James Version (NKJV)
Post/Tweet this today: Fear takes a back seat when your faith in Christ travels in the front seat of your life. #fear #faith
My Thoughts About This = Miraculous Musings! J
I know that God has called me to a "completely" and I realize that this path will take me along a path of faith that is stretched way farther past my comfort zone than I will be able to bear. Fear is a stumbling block on the path of faith and it really hurts to stumble when you are being stretched way too far. I must work hard to not let fear, foreboding or dread have any place in my journey to a "completely"! I need to keep all such thoughts off the path of my mind and keep my focus fully on Jesus. Thanks for the encouragement. I need it!

I so needed to hear this scripture today. I need to lose what I want in order to gain the strength and power of God's Kingdom purpose in play for me today. Not everything has to look like I ordered it. God creates and He chooses what my seasons will look like and in what order they will come in. I need to lose my wants, expectations and selfish focus in order to gain the best life God has planned for me!
